To ensure quality, Healing in Practice is affiliated with NIBIG. They offer a layered register for complementary care, based on educational level and practical experience.

NIBIG also supports the legal handling of complaints (Act WKKGZ in The Netherlands).

Complaints Handling

If you are dissatisfied and have a complaint about how we performed a treatment, we would really appreciate it if you let us know.

We will work with you to find out how your complaint can be resolved. If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you can request (free) mediation by an independent complaints officer from NIBIG as a next step.
