How Many Sessions Are Needed?
Healing is a process that builds step by step.
A single session usually gives a lot of relaxation, and already works for simple complaints. The number of sessions needed depends on the type of complaint. However, we often see a big difference after 4-5 sessions.
We always give you the space to decide for yourself if/when you want a follow-up appointment. Usually you feel this best yourself.
It is good to know that the treatment usually first works on underlying themes, and thus makes recovery possible for the real complaint. Through regular treatment the deeper underlying layers are also addressed.
